NOTIFICATION    FOR WALK-IN-INTERVIEW
Notification  for engagement  of Para-Medical  Staff in Group "C" on contract  basis in view of COVID-19  pandemic  for
Central Hos  ital, South East Central Railwa  ,Silas   ur.

In view of the exigencies  related with the COVID-19 pandemic and in view of adequate preparedness,  it has been decided to engage 75 (51-for Covid- I 9 + 24- against Cadre) paramedical  staff for the post as mentioned below on contract basis, for Central Hospital, South   East Central Railway, Bilaspur. Eligible candidates having the following qualifications,  age, experience  and fulfilling other terms and conditions  may appear before the Selection  Board  for walk-in-interview  along with duly  filled in application  form in the given  format as per Annexure-I, with all relevant certificates/testimonials  in original and self-attested copies of each.
The preference will be given to extend the engagement of retired para medical staff on contract basis (in Groupto meet the requirements for handling the COVID- I 9 pandemic.

a)   The age relaxation to candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PwBD etc category is as per extant rules.
Age will be reckoned as on the date of notification.
b)   Maximum age limit for re-engagement of retired employee will be 65 year.
c)   The vacancy is provisional and may increase or decrease as per administrative  necessity. There may be "wait-listed/stand-by"   candidates  against  the  notified  panel/select  list  who  may  be engaged  as  per necessity.
2.  Period  of Contract:     The engagement  is purely on contractual  basis for a period upto 31.03.2022 or availability of fresh candidates through GeMI regular selection, whichever is earlier. The service rendered as re­ engagement/contract  of Para-medical  staff is an arrangement  for meeting up the requirement  of the pandemic situation and it will not confer any right for automatic regularisationl absorption in any circumstances. The full time para medical staff who enters into ContractlRe-engagement  with the Railways will not have any claim or right for his/her continuity  in service or automatic extension of the term Contract/Re-engagement.  The Railway administration  has full right reserved to discontinue  contractlre-engagement  at any stage. All other terms and condition  as laid in Railway  Board's  letter No.  E(NG)11/2005/RC-4/SC/2 Pt.1 dated 30.04.2021  and other as mentioned from time to time shall be binding upon the Para-Medical staff.

Candidates   are  advised  to download  the  Bio-data  form  and  filled up  properly.   On  reporting   for Walk-in
Interview,  candidates   have to submit  the filled the form alongwith  one set of required  documents.
Candidates   are advised  to make all arrangements   at their  own for appearing   for walk-in  interview.
Interview may be extended to more than scheduled days depending on number of candidates reported. Hence, candidates are advise to come with preparedness in this regard.
Candidates are advised to come for interview with adequate Covid precautions and observance of protocol. No TA/DA/Accommodation     will be provided to the candidates attending the interview.

6.  TERMINATION OF CONTRACT: During the period of contract either party (the Para-medical staff of Railway Administration)  is free to terminate the contract on  IS days prior notice.   In case the Para-medical staff  is found physically or mentally  invalid or incapacitated  the contract  can be terminated  forthwith.   However  if Para­ medical staff  leaves without notice or before completion of IS days notice.  He/she shall be liable to pay the amount for the required period as per prevailing rates.
7.  Documents  to be required:     Candidates are advised to bring original certificates for verification at' the time of Interview along with application in the prescribed format & with following documents.

1.  Two recent Passport size photographs (self- attested).
11. EducationallTechnical/Professional  qualification certificate from recognized institution. iii.   Certi ficate indication the date of birth (SSC).
iv.   Certi ficate of experience & 'No Objection Certi ficate' from the employer & relevant certi ficates. v.   Aadhar Card & PAN Card.
VI.     The Photocopy of Service Certificate & PPO (Only for Retired Railway Employee).

8.  The detailed  instruction with regard to the duties while in contract engagement  in Railway shall be given to the contractual paramedical staff concerned in the event of selection along with the officer of engagement.
