 Rural ASHAs TO WORK IN PHCs/UPHCs of YSR DIST

1)   Offline   applications    are invited   from  the  eligible   candidates   for  filling   the  following   No. of posts  in   Urban  Primary   Health   Centers   (UPHCs) of  YSR Kadapa  District,    as  per  Rc.No.

1359l1RCH-II/SIIASHAl2011  dated 26-11-2022 of The Director of Health &Family Welfare

and Mission Director, National Health Mission: AP Mangalagiri, Guntur

2)  Vacancies;

3)  Dates for submission of Applications:

A. The start  date  for submission of applications  with all relevant  documents is

The age should be in between  25 to 45 years as on 01.12.2022.

Note: Maximum age limit  mentioned above is subject to issue of orders from the Government.

6)ELlGIBILITYCRITERIA:-

~ASHA must be a woman resident of the  Urban Area/Slum NillageNulnerable    Clusters and belongs to that  particular  vulnerable  group which have been identified  by dty/ District  health society for selection of ASHA.

~  Preferably Married I Widow IDivorced I Separated Woman.

~  Minimum Educational Qualification  shall be 10th pass.

~Fluency in Telugu Reading and Writing with effective  communication skills and leadershipqualities.

8. METHODOF SELECTION: Selection  Process:

1. Total Marks -100.

2. 50 Marks will  be allocated against marks obtained in the qualifying examination.

3.  50 Marks will  be given for previously worked as ASHA/Serviceworked in any NGO Organization's).

4.  Scrutiny of applications, display of provisional merit list, receipt of appeals if any, final merit list, selection list, conduction of counseling and issue of appointment orders will be done by the District Medical & Health Officer, Kadapa, YSR District under the guidance of District Selection Committee headed by the Chairman %    the Collector

& District Magistrate, Kadapa, YSR District.

D. The following documents should be submitted along with the application:

a)  Passport size photo.

 

 b)  SSCor equivalent certificate

c)Caste Certificate  issued by MROconcerned. In the absence of proper caste certificate,  the  candidate will  be considered as OC candidate.

d)  Ration card  as a proof of Marriage.

e)  Recent Residence  Certific~te   attested   by  Ward  Administrator   / Digital

Assistants  of  Concerned  Ward Secretaries &concerned  Grama Sachivalayam. INSTRUCTIONS-:

a.  The appointments are purely on temporary on basisand liable  for termination  at any

time. 

~ DEBARMENT;

a)  Candidates should make sure of their  eligibility  to the post applied for and that  the declaration  made by them  in  the  format  of  application  regarding their  eligibility in   all  respects.  Any candidate  furnishing  in-  correct  information   or  making false declaration  regarding his/her eligibility  at any stage or suppressingany information  is liable to be debarred from recruitment  conducted by the department  and summarily rejection  of their candidature for these recruitment  & future  recruitments.

b)  The department  is vested with  duty of conducting recruitment  and selection as per rules duly  maintaining  utmost  secrecy and confidentiality   in  this process and any attempt.

9The Act by anyone causing or likely to cause breach of duty in such manner or by such action as to violate or likely to violate the fair practices followed and ensured by the Department will be sufficient cause for rendering such questionable means ground for department.

10. DEPARTMENT'sDECISIONTO BE FINAL.:.

The decision of  the  department  pertaining  to  the  application  and its  acceptance or rejection as the case may be conduct  of counseling and at all  consequent stages culminating  in the selectionor otherwise of any candidate shall be final in all respects and binding on all concerned under the  powers vested with  it.  The department  also reserves its  right  and modify  regarding time  and conditions  laid  down  in  the  notification   for  conducting  the  various  stages up  to  selection  duly intimating  details  thereof  to  all  concerned  as warranted  by any unforeseen circumstances arising

during the course of this process.
